USA admit use alien technology ?

With the recent release of documents and photos showing a brand new secret American cigar-shaped device, Sky Dreadnought ... and finding that these cigars are visible and filmed, photographed from at least the 1960s (see the videos below ), it is reasonable to ask if the Americans do not make fun of the world trying to make us believe that they themselves invented the anti-gravity and these devices in less than 20 years ... Cigar-shaped UFO in Ukraine? 04/2014

It is quite by chance that I noticed in the sky what could be a cylindrical object. No idea what it is, distortion due to the compression of the video, its low resolution or something real?
